How you can make a difference
The People Business Partner Director is an individual contributor position, focused on delivering impactful people strategies that drive organizational success. Your focus will encompass building relationships, driving change, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and people priorities.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as a strategic advisor to leaders in Corporate Functions, aligning people strategies with business goals.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Key peer mentor to a team of People Business Partners and HR professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on workplace issues and fostering a culture of trust and inclusion.
- Lead efforts to assess and enhance employee engagement, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategies.
- Design and implement enterprise-wide talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Serve as a change agent, driving cultural transformation and promoting diversity and inclusion.
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years in lead business parnter roles preferred
- Ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels
- Ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision making skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor and guide HR professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state HR operations
- Strong understanding of organizational development and change management

Salary Range:
$133000.00 To $170000.00 / year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives and restricted stock units as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range in addition to a full range of benefits including:
