Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the HelpDesk Manager, remediates audits to help with compliance, onboards and deploys new laptops, offboards laptops, troubleshoots and replaces old laptops, and provides higher tier support for workstations-related issues in accordance with firm policies and procedures. Has working knowlede of Intune for Autopilot policies and system deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT and business owners to translate business needs into technology requirements.
- Conduct technical research and fact gathering to support root cause analysis.
- Produce technical documentation for assigned tasks according to firm policies.
- Research, document, and present potential technical solutions for reported problems or project tasks.
- Identify potential impacts or risks of proposed technical solutions and mitigation options.
- Resolve incidents or problems using established guidelines and procedures.
- Design, develop, test, or configure systems to meet documented requirements.
- Participate in the implementation of technical solutions and vendor interactions.
- Perform system maintenance, including applying security patches, system upgrades, and hardware maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required Qualifications:
- Requires an Associate Degree in Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and job related experience
- A Bachelors Degree in IT or an IT related major would be preferred
- 3+ years of job-related experience
- Demonstrated strong and effective communication skills especially with non-technical audiences
- Implementation participation
- Proven proficiencies in technology design, administration, operation, or development

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $60,000 to $81,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
