The Senior Developer (Web & CRM) will play a crucial role in developing our web and CRM infrastructure and solutions, delivering seamless user experiences, and optimizing our systems for growth and engagement. This role involves high-level web development, CRM management, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. We seek a problem-solver who can take initiative, work autonomously, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Here's what you'll do
- Develop and lead the development when applicable, maintenance, and enhancement of our core CRM enablement’s, from concept to completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and business objectives.
- Front-end and back-end coding, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the design and UX teams to implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and features.
- Manage integrations between our Web and CRM systems to streamline data flow and ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Administer and enhance our Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, to support core business processes and sales initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-departmental stakeholders to understand needs, develop custom CRM functionalities, and implement solutions that optimize workflows and the lead-to-sales pipeline.
- Provide technical support to internal teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance the functionality of our digital platforms.
- Partner with the IT, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure alignment and integration between our CRM, financial systems, and marketing tools.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for web and CRM configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on new functionality releases.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned, which means to be agile and rise to the challenge: in service to our mission, from time to time, we do ask team members to take on, or volunteer to take on, additional or different duties outside of their formal job description.

- Minimum of 5 years as a developer, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development.
- Proficiency in web development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), frameworks (React, Node.js), and backend languages (e.g., PHP, Python) and experience launching, maintaining, and deploying solutions.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms like (WordPress, Sanity, etc.) and CRM systems, especially Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Demonstrated success in developing complex web and CRM integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and custom API integrations.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and Jira, as well as version control within the dev space.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate across the organization and work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as position requires.
AnitaB.org is proud to offer a remote, distributed workplace. Please know we cannot accommodate remote work outside of the United States. The salary range for this position is $102,200 - $109,440, plus competitive benefits, including health insurance, vision, dental and a 403(b) discretionary match.
