About the Position: 

At Skin Clique, we prioritize the ongoing education of our healthcare providers, recognizing it as fundamental to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Manager, Education & Communication to join Skin Clique. This role will be responsible for managing operations related to the execution of energetic and informative learning events which aim to educate and inspire clinicians. The Manager of Education & Communication will also be the owner of the clinician-facing content strategy, communication channels, and calendar to increase efficacy of field communication, and engagement.

This role will collaborate closely with Marketing, Practice Growth, and Clinical teams to execute the brand calendar and to ensure accurate, effective, and engaging communication is upheld.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

Education:

  • Assess the effectiveness of educational programs through data analysis, feedback, and metrics, adjusting as needed.
  • Evaluate learners progress and success by implementing assessment tools to track learning outcomes and business success.
  • Manage budgets for education programs and activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Drive the education calendar, ensuring internal and external resources are maximized.
  • Ensure curriculum is up to date, engaging, and aligned with brand standards and organizational needs.
  • Conduct quality assurance, regularly attending classes, webinars, workshops, and trainings to ensure standards are maintained.

Provider Communication:

  • Develop and execute a communication strategy for clinicians that embody the essence of Skin Clique and encourage engagement and growth toward business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to ensure timeliness and quality of field communication.
  • Be the owner of key forums and channels such as Weekly Newsletter, SharePoint (intranet), Monthly All Hands, and Office Hours.
  • Track and measure feedback and results from messaging, communication, program rollouts, etc.
  • Constantly iterate and build upon existing communication approaches to ensure effectiveness of programs.
  • Manage multi-channel content needs as it relates to the promotional calendar.

Requirements

  • 4+ years education experience 
  • Experience in learning & development content creation and resources 
  • Previously demonstrated success when working with clinical teams 
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills 
  • Ability to track and analyze data to ensure effectiveness of programs and communications 
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong multitasking and organizational ability 
  • Experience creating and facilitating content across various mediums (in-person, virtual, LMS) 
  • Ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally, and work collaboratively 
  • Self-starter, solution-minded, highly organized with keen attention to detail 
  • Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects
