Based in Austin, Texas, were developing an AI-powered platform that analyzes verbal and non-verbal communication to support lawyers in making smarter, data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

• Develop & Innovate: Build and optimize features for our cutting-edge platform using Next.js and Node.js.
• Integrate AI Solutions: Collaborate with our AI experts to implement models that analyze communication patterns and insights.
• Scalable Architecture: Design and maintain a scalable backend to support advanced analytics and a seamless user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, design, and data teams to align development with user needs.
• Deliver with Agility: Thrive in an iterative, fast-paced development environment, constantly seeking ways to improve and innovate.

What Were Looking For

• Full Stack Expertise: Proficiency in Next.js and Node.js, with a strong track record of building robust and scalable web applications.
• AI Enthusiast: Interest in AI and its applications in analyzing complex data and delivering actionable insights.
• Frontend & Backend Balance: Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration across the stack.
• Problem Solver: Ability to think critically and resolve challenges in creative and efficient ways.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering quickly and iterating based on feedback.
• Time Zone Compatibility: Availability to work with at least 5 hours of overlap with Austin, Texas (CST) during regular business hours.
• Good level of English language - you will be working with the English speaking team.
