We’re looking for a full-funnel Growth Manager to join our Marketing team and take charge of building and scaling our growth engine, especially for new verticals. If you’re a hands-on growth expert excited about making an impact and working in a culture of experimentation, autonomy, and fast learning, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Growth Manager, you will:

  • Explore and conquer new verticals: identify untapped opportunities and craft strategies to address them effectively from a marketing perspective;

  • Run tests and experiments to validate hypotheses, identify growth opportunities across paid and organic marketing channels and leverage a deep understanding of our target customer segments;

  • Map out the customer journey, and drive innovation by crafting tailored campaigns and leading cross-departmental collaboration for improved results;

  • Ideate and implement out-of-the-box growth strategies that will differentiate Tidio in a competitive market;

  • Be hands-on with the tools: write copy, create email sequences, design simple graphics, set up A/B tests and ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.);

  • Extract and analyze data from tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Clay, and Apollo to inform strategy and boost performance.
