What Qualifications and Skills Do We Seek?

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the development of innovative and user-friendly mobile applications.

• Solve technical challenges and uphold the best practices in mobile app development.

• Lead the team by enhancing motivation and providing guidance.

• Follow the design and development standards.

• Represent the team on technical matters

• Communicating with one or more teams to ensure completion of projects and deliverables

• Lead the team on technical issues

• Plan, coordinate, and manage mobile application development projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.

• Advanced knowledge of Flutter (Native experience bonus)

• Knowledge of modular App Architecture

• Experience with state management with Bloc

• Knowledge of modern Architecture principles

• Proven leadership experience in mobile application projects.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player

• Creative thinking ability and strong problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities in managing and developing team members

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
