This role will work fully onsite in our Irving, TX, office.

The Senior Customer Marketing Specialist role will be responsible for Increasing content output that showcases customer success, engages prospects, and supports community initiatives, leading to increased brand awareness and pipeline growth. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing. 

What You’ll Do: 

This role will be focusing on content creation for customer stories, social media and email engagement, and educational resources that appeal to current and prospective customers by owning these following aspects but not limited to: 

  • Social Media Management: Manage brand presence on social platforms, engaging with followers, promoting content, and amplifying events and webinars.
  • Recruiting Academy Courses: Develop content and resources for the academy, positioning it as a learning hub to attract and upskill users.
  • Case Studies: Create case studies that highlight customer success and can be leveraged across digital channels for lead generation.

Additionally, provides content for community online events, recruiting academy courses, and webinars by repurposing insights from these activities into different formats.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Drive, motivation, and an unrelenting hunger for success —we're looking for folks who live and breathe these qualities
  • 3+ years experience in creating content to drive social media attentions, through community online events, blogs, podcasts and webinars, etc
  • Exceptional written communication skill
  • Interest in a fast-paced, iterative work environment will be essential for success in this role
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate cross-functional stakeholders, brands, and teammates

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience with the recruiting and talent acquisition industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field
