What You Will Get To Do:

  • Develop, design, and implement Cloud IVR / IVA applications using programming languages such as Java, SQL, Spring Boot (Middle Tier) and other relevant technologies.
  • Analyzes, designs, programs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IVR/IVA solutions.
  • Create and maintain call flow diagrams, voice user interface (VUI), and conversational design for optimal user experience.
  • Integrate automated systems with back-ends including API’s, Web Services, JSON
  • Test and troubleshoot IVR/IVA applications to identify and resolve technical issues or bugs.
  • Optimize IVR/IVA performance by analyzing system data, monitoring call traffic, natural language tuning, utilizing diagnostic tools and implementing improvements.
  • Provides an escalation point for client issues related to software development and support; aligns with enterprise architectural strategies.
  • Closes existing software defects and ensures maintenance of architectural diagrams

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of work-related experience.
  • Must have experience with Cloud and Natural Language/IVA – experience with CXOne/Smart Assist a huge plus.
  • Hands-on experience in Java, SQL, Spring Boot (Middle Tier) and other relevant technologies.
  • A passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
  • Flexibility/Ability to be proactive, possesses good problem-solving skills and the capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlines.
