Xsolla is looking for a qualified Data and Marketing Analyst to help provide insights to our marketing and games teams, and assist them in making data driven decisions. This role works closely with our Product, Marketing, and Design teams to structure quantitative questions, gather player data, employ statistical methodology in analysis of the data, and construct insightful reporting and visualizations to communicate those results to the wider team.

ResponsibilitiesProvide reports and monitoring tools to assist the team in daily game health assessmentPerform in-depth analysis of game and marketing metrics to inform and support both short and long-term product direction decisionsUse predictive models to help define key metrics, such as LTV and ROAS, and thus guide marketing spend Communicate the results of analyses to the product team, game studio, and outside partners through data visualization and presentationsWork with the marketing team on Adhoc questions on campaigns and help identify best and worst performing media buysRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field or equivalent experienceExperience querying large complex data sets with SQL on relational databasesExperience performing quantitative analysis preferably with a games, web, or technology focusExperience working in large data setsHigh level of proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, or equivalentPassion for problem-solving, from generating insightful questions to research, through presentation of results and follow-on stepsTrack record of success working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and deadlinesAbility to work in both individual and team settingsExcellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
