Role Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving SQA’s voice globally by promoting the expertise of our supplier improvement solutions within the Life Sciences, Aerospace, Defense, and Hi-Tech sectors aligning with SQA’s strategies and goals. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in the development and execution of campaigns, strategies, and promotional activities. This role involves organizing market research, managing content creation, coordinating events, and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities will include:
Digital Promotion
oMaintain company website content, ensuring clarity of reading, correct grammar, and SEO.
oCommunity manager for the company's LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram accounts.
oWrite original content for the SQA corporate blog.
oManage paid advertising via Google AdWords and social media ad platforms.
oCreate and distribute a quarterly newsletter to approximately 10,000 subscribers.
oDesign artwork for various digital publications, including newsletters and social media posts.
Physical Promotion
oDesign/create and order promotional giveaways and materials for trade shows.
oDevelop and create brochures, white papers, pamphlets, and other information about SQA, SQA’s services, etc.
oManage the company’s attendance at trade shows, conferences, and industry events (promotional materials, administrative tasks, attendance, etc.).
Team Promotion
oWork with members of Team SQA to align aspects of their digital presence (LinkedIn) to connect best and network with others in the industry.
oEncourage participation in and organize group outings to industry events.
oKeep up to date on industry events and notify the team when events or news is of interest.
Industry Promotion
oPartner with industry groups to participate in events
oAssist with marketing efforts for local chapters of industry organizations.
Sales Integration
oWork with the Sales team to generate sales leads stemming from marketing materials.
oAssist the VP of Sales & Marketing with conversion of marketing efforts into sales leads.
Desired Marketing Coordinator Attributes:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
-5-7 years’ experience in marketing
-Knowledge of marketing and social media analytics (including Google Analytics)
-Proficiency with WordPress
-Graphic design experience/familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom
-Google Analytics Individual Qualification and/or Google AdWords Certified
-Experience with Salesforce/Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-Knowledge of SEO analysis and SEM tools

Compensation:
•Salary with performance incentives per qualifying quarter and fiscal year
