Job description

 

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Research/Lead Gen/Sales Assistant.

This teammate will research and build a list of prospective clients, manage leads in the CRM, conduct call/email outreach and appointment setting.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a well-known brand and who wants to continue learning and growing in their career. 

Salary Range:  Up to 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in conducting research for identifying and qualifying potential leads using lead generation tools.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Excellent communication skills to present products/services and articulate their benefits effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for data enrichment, sequence creation, and mass outreach management.
  • Organizational skills to manage outreach for warm prospects and book meetings on sales calendars.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with marketing teams on refining lead generation strategies.
  • Detail-oriented approach for daily agenda management, including email organization, meeting preparation, and task prioritization.

Core Tasks: 

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads.
  • Qualify leads based on their potential for sales conversion.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Present products or services to prospects and articulate their benefits.
  • Enrich and decorate CRM data as needed
  • Create CRM sequences for mass outreach and follow-up
  • Manage outreach to warm prospects yet to book calls/meetings with sales reps
  • Book meetings on sales calendars as needed
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Daily agenda management (top-of-day email, daily meetings prep, task reminders, etc.
