Position: Scrum Master
Location: Remote (preferred CST/PST)

Job Description:
3 years of project / program delivery3 years of experience as a scrum master leading agile deliveryExperience in managing project / program financials Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requestsExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Scrum master certification is a plus Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. Communicate and align product vision with cross-functional teams, ensuring shared understanding and focus on customer needs and business objectives. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, gathering feedback and addressing any potential concerns. Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on high-value work. Make informed trade-off decisions based on business priorities, customer impact, and technical constraints. Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and ensure alignment on deliverables.Oversee product releases, manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and gather end-user feedback to drive continuous improvement.Salesforce experience not required. this will actually be in support of our Finance Tech Stack (includes Zuora, Blackline, Netsuite); experience with any of these apps is a plus, but not required, nor as important as the agile delivery and project / program management experience
