About the Role

The SAP Business Analyst Subject Matter Expert - Freelance Consultant will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing the effectiveness of learning solutions by leveraging AI technologies.

This role will involve designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences for SAP Business Analysts, with a focus on integrating AI tools and technologies into the curriculum. The consultant will work closely with our team to create engaging and effective learning content that meets the needs of our clients and learners.

SweetRush is a remote organization and as such all resources must: be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally available during established working hours.

• Design and develop learning content for SAP Business Analyst courses, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and microlearning resources.

• Leverage expertise in SAP Business Analyst concepts, methodologies, and tools to create accurate and up-to-date learning materials.
• Incorporate AI technologies and tools into the learning experiences, demonstrating their practical application in the SAP Business Analyst domain.
• Collaborate with the SweetRush team to ensure alignment with learning objectives and client expectations.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and SAP Business Analyst technologies to maintain the relevance and currency of learning content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a strong understanding of SAP modules and applications.
• Experience in designing and developing learning content for adult learners.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in the SAP Business Analyst domain.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in using Gen AI tools ( ChatGPT / Gemini / Copilot / Claude / Watson) and Technologies (SAP Signavio, SAP Analytics Cloud, Agile Project Management, and Prototyping tools) for learning and development.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Certification is not required for this role, but certification can enhance hiring chances. The most well-known certs are from IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis):
  • ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) - IIBA
  • CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) - IIBA
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) - IIBA
  • PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) - PMI
  • CFLBA (Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst) - IQBBA
  • CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering) - IREB

Hourly Range:

Remote, Freelance role; Flexible up to 30 Hours per Week.
Market level - 1099 Hourly: negotiable.
