JOB DESCRIPTION


Whether its as an Acquisition or Disposition rep, you will be in charge of negotiating and representing KeyGlee during these transactions. You will be reaching out to these potential investors through Phone, Text and Email as well as using our internal systems and operations. You will have an experienced and dedicated team supporting you throughout the course of your career and we are fully committed to seeing you succeed!


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships
  • Skillfully negotiate property prices
  • Perform daily property market analyses
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Hit daily KPIs to ensure sustained success
  • Work with a passionate team and enjoy every step of the journey!

PAY STRUCTURE


The pay is commission based and the commission potential is anywhere between $50,000 - $90,000 Per Year.

Requirements
  • Skilled in using computer systems and software
  • Demonstrates exceptional phone communication skills
  • Experienced in sales and client engagement
  • Possesses a positive, results-driven mindset
