Azure Developer

This is a remote position.

ey Responsibilities:

1. Application Development:
   

   • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications on Azure using Python.
     
   • Build RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration between systems.
     

2. Azure Service Integration:
   

   • Utilize Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Storage.
     
   • Develop solutions using Azure PaaS offerings like Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Service Bus.
     

3. Automation and Scripting:
   

   • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Python and Azure CLI or Azure SDKs.
     
   • Create scripts for data processing, transformation, and migration.
     

4. Data Handling:
   

   • Work with Azure databases like Cosmos DB, SQL Database, or Azure Data Lake.
     
   • Develop ETL pipelines using Python and Azure Data Factory.
     

5. Monitoring and Optimization:
   

   • Monitor application performance and optimize code for scalability and efficiency.
     
   • Implement logging and monitoring using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
     

6. Collaboration:
   

   • Work closely with architects, data engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployments and operations.
     
   • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for development and deployment.
     

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  

  • Strong experience with Python programming and frameworks like Flask or Django.
    
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Data Factory.
    
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment patterns.
    
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (Azure Kubernetes Service preferred).
    
  • Experience with Azure CLI, Azure SDKs, or Terraform for automation.
    

• Data Management:
  

  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Cosmos DB).
    
  • Knowledge of data processing and transformation techniques.
    

• Soft Skills:
  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  
• Familiarity with messaging services like Azure Event Hubs or Azure Service Bus.
  
• Knowledge of AI and ML tools within Azure, such as Azure Machine Learning.
