Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description :

  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand D365 CE business processes and functionality.
  • Identify and prioritize test scenarios to ensure complete test coverage.
    Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for D365 CE customizations, modules, and features.
  • Test the D365 CE system across different environments and devices (web, mobileDesign, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive tasks to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Perform performance testing to ensure that the system meets performance standards and handles expected loads.
  • Identify, document, and report defects and issues in test cases using bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
  • Work closely with the development team to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve issues.
  • Retest fixed defects and verify that issues have been resolved appropriately.
  • Work collaboratively with the development team, project managers, and business analysts to ensure alignment on testing goals.
  • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Provide regular status updates and test reports to the project team and management.
  • Maintain and update test documentation and reports, including test execution logs, defect reports, and test summary reports.
Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
  • Experience in manual testing, including creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts specific to Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools - Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with testing RESTful APIs and web services using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
