• Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM West Jordan, UT
  
• Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

As a WordPress Web Developer, you’ll be instrumental in transforming inherited websites into high-performing digital assets. You’ll tackle diverse projects, from quick rebuilds to creating scalable templates, ensuring our clients stay ahead in the digital landscape. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenge and creative problem-solving, allowing you to showcase your WordPress expertise while contributing to the agency’s growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Revamp and optimize inherited WordPress sites, turning them into efficient, high-performing web assets
  
• Develop versatile WordPress templates to streamline site reconstruction processes
  
• Troubleshoot complex issues in existing WordPress sites, ensuring optimal functionality
  
• Implement best practices for long-term website stability and performance
  
• Collaborate with team members and communicate technical concepts clearly to clients
  
• Stay current with web development trends, integrating innovative solutions into projects
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of Wordpress experience preferbly in the digital marketing space
  
• Proven track record in WordPress development, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in site optimization and maintenance
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects independently
  
• Proficiency in current web development technologies and best practices
  
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
