This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week minimum, flexible schedule during the client's business hours (Palos Verdes Estates, CA)

As a Call Caller and Appointment Setter, you’ll play a pivotal role in the company’s expansion strategy. You’ll be the first point of contact for med spas across the country, introducing them to our game-changing product. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s success as you generate leads, set appointments, and help build a robust client base. Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to med spas, gauging interest in our innovative product
  • Generate and manage lead lists, focusing on specific geographic areas or zip codes
  • Provide compelling information about our product and its benefits to potential clients
  • Set up follow-up communications, including sending account setup emails
  • Maintain accurate client records using Excel, with potential transition to a CRM system
  • Schedule appointments or follow-up calls with interested med spas
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates


Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong ability to conduct online research for lead generation
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Engaging interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
  • Adaptability to flexible calling schedules based on business needs
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (desirable but not required)
  • Enthusiasm for learning about and promoting innovative medical devices
