Job Description: Google Ads Specialist with Meta Paid Ads and Organic Ads Management

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. This role extends beyond managing Google Ads campaigns to include Meta (Facebook and Instagram) paid and organic ads management , making it an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded digital advertising professional. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing ad performance across platforms, conducting in-depth keyword and audience research, and aligning campaigns with our broader marketing objectives.



Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Campaign Management
  • Assemble, organize, and set up campaigns in Google Ads, including ad copy creation, creative asset coordination, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities and refine targeting.
Meta Paid Ads and Organic Ads Management
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
  • Create and execute strategies for both paid and organic ad campaigns to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize Meta ads and organic posts for better results.
Campaign Monitoring and Optimization
  • Monitor performance across all advertising platforms, analyze data, and implement adjustments to improve ROI and CPA.
  • Use conversion optimization techniques to boost campaign effectiveness across all channels.
Cross-Platform Advertising
  • Manage advertising campaigns on additional platforms such as Twitter and emerging digital channels.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and audience expectations.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Analytics) to track performance, generate insights, and guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide performance updates, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Industry Trends and Strategy Development
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital and social media advertising.
  • Experiment with innovative strategies to enhance performance and expand audience reach.


Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong portfolio or case studies showcasing measurable success.
  • Expertise in Meta platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and organic content management.
  • Proficiency in conducting detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy creation.
  • Solid understanding of affiliate marketing, with experience in affiliate campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and integrating them into paid search and social media strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Analytics.


Highly Regarded Skills and Experience
  • Experience with other advertising platforms, including Twitter Ads and emerging channels.
  • Proficiency with advanced tools like Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong social media management and content creation skills, with a focus on enhancing organic engagement.
