Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM MNL
  • Set-up: Work-from-home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

The Sourcing Officer is key in finding and attracting candidates for job openings. This involves using online job boards, social media, and professional networks to find and connect with potential BW-Staff. The role includes actively searching for candidates who may not be looking for a job and managing the early stages of recruitment, such as screening resumes and promoting the BruntWork brand to attract top talent.


Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize your expert knowledge to identify and engage passive candidates from various talent pools.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, showcasing our company's value proposition and career opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary data, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Talent Mapping: Create talent pipelines and networks of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and tailor your sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of your strategies and continually improve the sourcing process.

Requirements
  • Has a background in sourcing and recruiting for various job industries and niche roles (i.e. virtual healthcare assistant, developers, accountants et.al)
  • Strong aptitude for working with ATS and CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficiency in navigating Google and Microsoft applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with leaders, candidates, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving improvements.
  • High level of integrity and discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
  • Familiarity with Talent Analytics.
  • Openness to flexibility in work schedule and punctuality are highly desirable traits for the ideal candidate.
