Editorialist is looking for an Editorial Operations Manager to join our Content Operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing editorial teams, with a strong background in digital publishing and SEO. As an Editorial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality content across all channels and maintaining brand voice and consistency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee the content lifecycle—from ideation to publication—while optimizing for performance and timely delivery. Your strong leadership and editorial oversight will ensure content aligns with both business objectives and audience needs

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in creating, editing, and publishing high-quality content.
  • Manage the workflow of content production, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Manage and mentor a team of writers and content creators, providing feedback, performance reviews, and support in their development.
  • Review and approve content for accuracy, style, tone, grammar, and overall quality.
  • Manage quality control processes, including revisions, fact-checking, and compliance with editorial standards.
  • Coordinate with external freelancers, agencies, and vendors as needed to support content needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and integrate them into our content strategy.

  • Must have:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in content management, editorial roles, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO best pr to work and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good to have:
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
  • Understanding of the luxury fashion industry and its specific content demands.
