Job description

This is a remote position.

A thriving consultancy business is seeking a proactive and organised part-time, Office Administrator to join their team. This is a remote role, however requires occasional meetings in Cape Town. This versatile individual must have excellent multitasking skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting financial processes, and providing administrative assistance to various departments. Working hours will be 5 hours per week with a possible extension.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and format PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate clients’ ideas, incorporating professional visuals, charts, and branding.
  • Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and organise travel for client teams
  • Maintain organised filing systems and administrative workflows tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and problem-solving.
  • Oversee daily operations for the office, including vendor and service management.



Requirements
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of financial tools and software.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams.
  • Proven ability to adapt and deliver in fast-paced consulting environments.



Benefits
