The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

  • Provides timely and accurate information to customers for issuing warranty claim orders, order status and product knowledge requests
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Executes customer service strategy developed by Customer Service leadership to meet customer expectations and department metrics and goals

Required Education and Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center, at least 1 year preferred
  • Basic computer skills
