Your responsibilities

  • You act as a trusted advisor, mentor, and coach to managers, guiding them through strategic challenges and empowering them to lead by example, unlocking the highest potential in their teams.

  • With your experience in training or Learning & Development, you spearhead HR initiatives that redefine leadership, tailoring approaches to to bring out the best in each leader and align with our business strategy.

  • You design and implement tailored People & Culture strategies that align with our business goals, driving immediate impact and growth, while measuring the ultimate outcome of your strategies through our performance rounds.

  • You let your HR expertise shine by transforming data into actionable insights, crafting concepts that address both current and future organizational needs, and collaborating with our HR Operations and Recruiting team to deliver smooth, people-centered solutions that drive success.


This is you

  • You bring 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-growing international environment, with a background in advising the business on HR strategy or consultancy.

  • Ideally, you are certified as a coach or trainer, with experience in change management and a talent for designing and moderating engaging workshops.

  • A trusted partner when it comes to labor law, always providing reliable, practical guidance.

  • Data and numbers guide you, giving you clear insights into what needs attention, and your dashboards keep all of your stakeholders in the loop.

  • With your open, empathetic, and hands-on mindset, you have a natural ability to spot potential issues before they arise and tackle them proactively.
