What We Do
The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in helping the Strategic Technology Team accelerate our innovative approach to building and delivering modern, high-value experiences to both our employees and customers for our ClarityFirst application. They will partner closely with both business stakeholder and technical teams to gather insights, understand current business processes, challenges, and opportunities, to envision, design and develop new features and capabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the ClarityFirst (www.ClarityFirst.com) product roadmap and vision for a set of key features 
  • Lead your development squad to build leading edge features for our flagship title and settlement platform for commercial real estate 
  • Provide value in the ideation, development, and improvements of the team’s product offerings to continually enhance our employee and customer experience  
  • Support launch product announcements, releases and important communications in partnership with stakeholder teams  
  • Prepare and present/co-present group or product presentations to executive stakeholders 
  • Create accurate epics and/or user stories as needed in conjunction with a business analyst  
  • Develop key metrics dashboards for internal or business stakeholder visibility  
  • Collaborate as part of larger delivery teams which may include project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, and change management professionals  
  • Create business cases for new investments for new features  
     

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 7+ years directly related experience in a variety of product management roles  
  • Great team player with a passion for creating product features that create value for employees and customers 
  • High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, influence outcomes and change  
  • Fluent in core Product Management skills (decision frameworks, prioritization, business outcomes, road mapping, market analysis, etc)  
  • Strong experience with Agile and UX principles  
  • Experience with Atlassian tool set and Slack is a plus 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred  
     
     

Pay Range: $150,000 - $188,000 Annually  

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
