The Director of Global Supply Planning, Analytics, and Systems will lead the company's supply planning (S&OP) strategy, focusing on optimizing global supply chain operations to ensure product availability and align inventory and capacity with demand. This role drives cross-functional collaboration to meet service, cost, and inventory targets by balancing global demand and supply. Additionally, the Director will lead analytics initiatives to improve demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and supplier performance, while overseeing the implementation and optimization of SAP systems in supply chain planning. This role involves close collaboration with teams to leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the global supply planning strategy in alignment with business objectives, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to market changes.
Lead the process for inventory management, production planning, and capacity planning. Ensure timely and accurate communication of supply plans to all stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, to gather insights and align supply plans with business needs. Facilitate regular S&OP meetings to drive consensus.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into supply chain performance and facilitate proactive decision-making.
Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
Determine the optimal inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods by distribution and manufacturing site, and steer towards these targets to optimize service levels, support business growth, optimize cash flow and reduce the risk for discards.
Keep up to date with SAP capabilities, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and system optimization • Lead configuration, customization, and testing efforts, ensuring SAP solutions align with supply chain planning requirements.
Oversee the development and execution of training programs for end-users, ensuring they have a strong understanding of SAP tools and processes.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, data scientists, and supply chain professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in S&OP processes, inventory management, and demand/supply forecasting, with a track record of optimizing supply chains to support business growth.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership and team development abilities, with experience managing global or multi-regional teams.
Proficiency in S&OP software, ERP systems, and advanced planning tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with data analytics tools.

The full-time base annual salary for this remote position is expected to range is between $169,200.00 and $197,400.00. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
