In Your Typical Day, You Will:
• Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound(dialer) calls a day
• Assist customers with payment options, escrow items and any general mortgage information
• Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web and IVR
• Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment

Qualifications:
• 6 months customer service experience
• Call center experience is a plus

Additional Details:
• Hourly rate is $17.00 an hour
• Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards!
• Must reside within 60 miles from office location
• Comprehensive 6- week paid virtual training – equipment is provided
• Attendance required for the first 90 days of training is required.
• Hours of Operations: Monday - Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm.
• Work schedule after training will align with these business hours
