BlueConic has grown rapidly over the last few years—now exceeding 200+ team members, collectively known as the BlueCrew—and the IT environment has grown just as rapidly along with us. Our internal IT team is responsible for the delivery of internal IT services for this BlueCrew and is executing a series of projects to further standardize and professionalize the internal IT service delivery, while also performing day-to-day operational IT tasks.
Currently, the team is led by a part-time contractor IT Manager, and we are seeking to bring this critical role in house to further strengthen this team.
