What we're looking for:

As a strategic and results-oriented Account Based Marketing Manager, you will drive our ABM initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue for our enterprise accounts. Playing a critical role in our GTM strategy, you'll architect and execute targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers at priority accounts.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions & Strategy teams, you'll lead the end-to-end ABM strategy - from account selection and persona development to campaign execution and pipeline advancement. 

We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for opportunities to emerge, but eagerly creates them - taking the initiative to reach target accounts with impactful, personalized marketing campaigns.

  • Performance Analysis: Measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and ABM best practices to continuously optimize program performance.
Who you are:
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-4 years focused on account-based marketing.
  • Experience with marketing tools such Foundry, 6sense, Demandbase or similar, as well as Sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
  • A strategic thinker who gets energized by solving complex business challenges

How you will create impact:
  • ABM Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales, marketing and solutions teams to develop and refine the ABM strategy for InStride’s target accounts
  • Campaign Execution: Design, implement and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns, including personalized content, email marketing, digital advertising, webinars, events and unique, high-value tactics, tailored to the specific needs and pain points of each target account. 
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work in lock-step with the sales team to support target account identification, develop account-specific marketing plans, and ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales goals, to facilitate successful progression of qualified accounts. 
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and tailor personalized content and messaging for target accounts, including case studies, collateral, presentations and other artifacts that resonate with decision-makers and influencers within the target organizations. 
  • Data-driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, track key performance indicators and refine strategies based on performance insights. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales enablement teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and insights, to maximize impact of ABM initiatives. 
  • Industry Insights: Gain ongoing understanding of industry trends, the needs and challenges of target verticals, ensuring efforts are informed by the latest industry insights. Stay current on best practices and emerging technologies in ABM to continuously innovate and improve strategies.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates and reports, including impact and insights, on ABM campaign performance to key stakeholders, sharing and applying insights to refine the approach.
Target base compensation amount for this role outlined below. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts shown below.
$90,000$115,000 USD
