Job description

Job Title: Scheduling Assistant - WFH

Job Type: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate retreat schedules and itineraries, including travel arrangements, accommodations, activities, and workshops.
  • Liaise with retreat leaders, vendors, and participants to ensure all logistical details are arranged and communicated effectively.
  • Provide personalized assistance and support to retreat participants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media management and content creation.
  • Maintain organized records of retreat bookings, expenses, and participant information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of retreat operations and contribute to a positive retreat experience.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as email correspondence, calendar management, and data entry, to ensure efficient operations.
