LeadVenture is seeking a results-driven Account Receivable Manager to oversee and streamline the billing process for our Mexico teams. The person in this role must be based in Guadalajara or the surrounding area. Working closely with the AR Manager and Director of Financial Operations, you’ll be responsible for preparing month-end reports, developing and tracking KPIs to optimize team performance, and ensuring quality assurance across all billing processes.
The role also includes managing personnel development, team building, and staffing, as well as assisting in the integration of new acquisitions into our billing systems. Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline billing process for our Mexico teams, coordinating and taking direction directly from our AR Manager and Director of Financial Operations
- Prepare and report month-end closing for the billing group information
- Work with the AR Manager to develop and evolve KPIs that are implemented to monitor and manage the local team creating a best-in class, performance driven team.
- Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
- Provide continuous and real-time feedback to the Controller and other leaders within the organization.
- Personnel development; staff meetings
- Staffing discussions and planning/interviews; Team building
- Provide continuous feedback as it relates to our billing systems and areas for evolving to assist the local team.
- Integration of future acquisitions into billing process
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing department
- Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Accounting background preferred
- College degree in accounting/finance/business management preferred
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience with SAAS company preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus
- Requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
