ABOUT THE TEAM
The People Systems team’s mission is to drive innovation and efficiency within our People processes, enabling a seamless and scalable employee experience. We focus on optimizing, integrating, and evolving our HR systems to support key processes like recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and payroll. As a leader in this team, you will guide the strategic direction of our systems, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering collaboration across teams and external partners. Your work will directly impact the scalability of our People operations and the overall success of our rapidly growing organization.
 
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a People Systems Leader to drive the evolution of our People technology ecosystem. In this role, you will lead initiatives to optimize our systems, identify opportunities for innovation, and deliver impactful solutions that support our People strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor and technical leader, fostering collaboration between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and roadmap for People systems, aligning with business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional teams, understanding their needs and translating them into technological solutions.
  • System Optimization: Oversee the integration, configuration, and customization of HR systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Project Management: Lead complex projects, managing timelines, resources, and priorities while delivering measurable results.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Develop success metrics, analyze system performance, and propose enhancements based on data insights.
  • Process Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvements within the People ecosystem.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to compliance standards, including SOX controls, and lead efforts to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison with external vendors, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Someone with proven experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling HR/People systems with a deep understanding of tools and platforms.
  • Expertise in configuring, customizing, and integrating HR technologies, with strong knowledge of data mapping, workflows, and process automation.
  • Skilled in defining roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and evaluating effort versus impact to achieve business goals.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in creating and tracking success metrics to measure system performance and impact.
  • Adept at analyzing complex scenarios, identifying challenges, and proposing effective, scalable solutions.
  • Experienced in building relationships across functions, mentoring team members, and influencing stakeholders to drive results.
  • Familiar with governance standards, including SOX compliance, and a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, effectively balancing multiple priorities and shifting demands.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse audiences.
