Job description

Emporix is a next-gen commerce platform for B2B and sophisticated B2C in one solution with the unique ability to orchestrate and automate commerce processes across all systems. To expand our footprint in the DACH region, we are looking for a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record of driving complex sales cycles, a deep understanding of enterprise sales, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing


  • Winning Big Deals:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target enterprise accounts in the DACH region.
    • Identify and qualify potential customers, building a strong sales pipeline.
    • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including complex contract negotiations.
    • Utilize SPIN and TAS methodologies, supported by AI insights, to identify customer needs and align solutions effectively.

 

  • Account Mapping and Strategy:
    • Conduct detailed account mapping to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Develop tailored strategies to address customer challenges and align with their business objectives.
    • Leverage AI-powered tools and Buying Centre analysis to map out stakeholders and ensure strategic engagement.
    • Build and nurture relationships across different levels of enterprise organizations.

 

  • Solution Selling and Consultative Sales Approach:
    • Present and demonstrate Emporix’s value proposition, aligning our solutions with the customer's needs.
    • Incorporate AI-driven analytics to tailor proposals and predict customer requirements.
    • Lead customer discussions, discovery sessions, and workshops to understand technical and business requirements.
    • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and proposals.

 

  • Market Development and Collaboration:
    • Represent Emporix at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to adapt strategies based on market demands.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional post-sales support for clients.


  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities, contacts, and pipeline progression.
    • Utilize AI-enabled forecasting tools to provide accurate performance reports and identify sales trends.
    • Provide regular forecasts and performance reports to sales leadership.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the DACH region.

 


What We’re Looking For

 

  • A motivated sales professional with a strong track record in enterprise sales, within a SaaS or digital commerce environment.
  • Experience in commerce processes in manufacturing and / or retail.
  • A degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both German and English, enabling effective communication with clients in the DACH region and globally.
  • Preferably, the candidate should reside in Switzerland or Germany while benefiting from a remote work setup.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, engage with C-level stakeholders, and close high-value deals.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or AI-enabled platforms to enhance sales performance and optimize workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
  • Willingness to travel across the DACH region and occasionally beyond to meet clients, attend events, and represent Emporix.
