You’re passionate about not only events, but project logistics and destinations in particular and get a thrill out of exceeding clients’ expectations. Details are important and you are laser-focused on deadlines. A hardcore multitasker, you get a kick out of juggling multiple projects at the same time. But you’re also a curious explorer who loves finding new hidden gems and breathtaking destinations all over the world.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be responsible of venue sourcing for RFPs and awarded event projects. 
  • Understand the client's needs and objectives
  • Manage venue selection creatively and proactively
  • Manage the complete offer in regards to all logistics and destination aspects
  • Draft of the ppt recommendation and establishment of the relative budget
  • Manage the selection of and negotiation with logistic service providers and suppliers
  • Participate to face to face and online client pitches

Must haves

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

  • At least 3-5 years of event project management experience and venue sourcing
  • Excellent knowledge of events in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including their specific challenges and constrains
  • Fluency in both English and French (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)
  • Solid experience working on RFPs
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate
  • Innovative and creative out-of-the-box thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Budget creation and management experience
  • Excellent supplier knowledge and negotiating skills

Nice to haves

  • Fluency in other languages (in addition to English and French)
