We’re on the hunt for an Account Executive to join our team in the Netherlands as we expand into the Dutch market after achieving fantastic product/market fit in Sweden. As the second hire in the Netherlands, you’ll have tremendous potential for growth and a lot of influence on how we shape our success here.

Backed by a €21M investment round in March 2024, we hit the ground running in the Dutch market, and the traction has been phenomenal—clients are already signing on! 

Why We Need You

As our new Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth in the Netherlands, driving new business and building strong, lasting relationships with brands selling products Online. You have not only proven yourself in sales—you’re a problem solver, strategist, and Ingrid’s biggest advocate.

You’ll be working alongside a talented BDR team, Head of Sales Engineering, and Senior Implementation Specialist, and reporting to the Country Manager. Together, we’ll make Ingrid a household name in the Dutch e-commerce world.

What You'll Do

  • Lead qualifcation—whether through leads generated by the BDR team or your own outbound efforts.

  • Build a pipeline that’s bursting with qualified prospects, focusing on the e-commerce retail sector.

  • Run discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and show how Ingrid can solve them.

  • Negotiate like a pro and close deals that exceed targets (and expectations).

  • Build genuine relationships with stakeholders at all levels—you’ll be their go-to person during the entire sales process.

  • Partner with product and marketing teams to fine-tune our go-to-market strategy.

  • Share market insights to help shape Ingrid’s future—your voice matters!

  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and industry shifts.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience (bonus points if you’ve sold SaaS solutions to e-commerce retailers).

  • Proven Success: You’ve hit and exceeded sales targets time and time again.

  • Sales Skills: You’re a negotiation wizard with the charisma to close deals effortlessly.

  • Communication: Clear, engaging, and persuasive—your presentations and pitches are legendary. Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.

  • Drive: Independent and self-motivated, you thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Bonus Points: Experience with MEDDPICC and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
