Job description

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and support lead-generation efforts. You will create compelling content that resonates with our target audience in the renewable energy industry and fosters community engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and enhances brand visibility in the solar industry.

  • Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) that showcase our products, initiatives, and industry insights.

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and engage with our audience to build a strong online community and foster relationships.  Work closely with internal stakeholders to craft appropriate responses.

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives, measuring success and optimizing performance.

  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all marketing efforts.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategy innovative and relevant.

  • Ensure all social media communications reflect the company’s brand voice and messaging, maintaining consistency across all channels.
