What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a small but growing design team, ensuring consistent high-quality work and fostering a creative culture.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and General Managers in a cross-functional organization to drive continuous discovery and UX strategy.

• Shape and implement UX strategy, aligning it with business goals and ensuring the design function contributes to overall company success.

• Recruit and develop top design talent, supporting the growth of the team through thoughtful recruitment and mentorship.

• Facilitate ideation workshops and design sprints, using tools like Design Sprints to foster creativity and collaboration across teams.

• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all projects, ensuring alignment with elvah’s vision and values.

• Manage external contractors or freelance designers as needed to ensure the success of projects and timely delivery of designs.

• Regularly plan and lead creative workshops to inspire innovation and explore new design possibilities.

Your Profile

• You have proven experience as a UX/UI Design Team Lead, with a track record in recruiting and developing design talents.

• You are skilled in UX strategy, aligning design goals with overall business objectives to drive product success.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to take ownership and lead projects from concept to execution.

• Expert in ideation methods and running workshops, such as Design Sprints, to generate and refine creative ideas.

• You have a deep understanding of design systems, including their creation, implementation, and maintenance.

• You excel at concept development and storytelling, delivering impactful presentations that engage and inspire stakeholders.
