The role

We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Product Manager within a newly created role in our Product Management division.

The role reports directly to the Head of Product Management and is responsible for overseeing the disclosure process, applying project governance to product-led initiatives, and supporting various product management governance activities. 

This is a full time position, located in Sydney.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage product management-driven projects to ensure timely, efficient delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Oversee and contribute to the creation and updates of disclosure documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with HUB24 standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the lifecycle of policy reviews, from initiation to implementation, ensuring all policies remain relevant and up-to-date.
  • Business reporting initiatives, to provide key stakeholders with insights and performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, to streamline product operations, enhance productivity, and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Enhance procedure and process documentation, ensuring clear, concise, and accessible information.
  • Provide support to the Head of Product Management and the broader Product Management team.

  • Key requirements:
  • Has at least 4 years’ experience in financial services, with a specific focus on Wrap platform products, including: Investor Directed Portfolio Service (IDPS), Superannuation and Managed Accounts (SMAs).
  • Has expertise in: Product management with IDPSs, Super and Managed Accounts, Product disclosure document writing, Project management and governance disciplines, Process improvement & Writing board memos
  • Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management skills, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail.
  • Exhibits a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering outcomes within agreed timelines, consistently meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Is adept at managing competing priorities, balancing multiple tasks effectively while maintaining focus on key objectives.
