SQUIRE is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll build and scale processes, technology, and data infrastructure that empowers our Marketing team to dream impactful results. You will play a key role in uncovering insights that support growth, improve lead generation strategies, optimize campaign performance, and ensure marketing operations are scalable and efficient.
This role requires a combination of technical experience with marketing automation and CRM management, creative problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Operations Leadership: Responsible for marketing operations functions including processes, marketing systems, workflows, SLAs, e-mail, and database management.System Administration and Optimization: Manage MarTech system administration, covering security, system integration, user guidelines, training, and continuous optimization. Monitor dashboards and reports to track marketing campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall pipeline impact.Marketing Automation & Technology: Oversee our marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo or similar) to ensure seamless e-mail campaign execution, lead nurturing, and data management.Campaign Infrastructure & Quality Control: Maintain and optimize the infrastructure to support marketing campaigns, working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to ensure all necessary components are in place for effective execution. This includes upholding best practices and providing training for the marketing team. Oversee quality control across all systems, including verifying UTM code tracking, supporting lead routing as needed, managing domains, integrating GA4, and ensuring template functionality in SQUIRE’s campaign automation tool. Additionally, provide support for complex drip campaign automation when required.Lead Management: Support the end-to-end lead management process, including lead scoring, routing, and attribution. Align lead qualification and follow-up processes with Sales Operations.Marketing Database Management: Develop a scalable approach for ongoing database maintenance and enhancement in partnership with your Revenue Operations teammates, including processes, standards, access control, and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized marketing database. Conduct regular audits and data enrichment to enhance lead quality and segmentation.Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements in campaign setup, A/B testing, reporting, and data flows between marketing and sales systems. Document business processes, customer journeys, and outcomes, including data mapping and automation capabilities.Collaboration & Enablement: Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies, campaign execution, and business goals. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with marketing technology and service vendors, ensuring optimal performance of the marketing stack.Sales Operations Support: Partner with Sales Operations to identify process improvements, optimize lead routing and SLAs, and improve conversion rates and productivity.Product-Led Growth (PLG): Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams to develop a Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine that educates prospects, streamlines their journey, and enables seamless purchasing and onboarding.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience in Marketing, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or a related field; experience in B2B software and high-growth environments is a plus but not requiredProven ability to drive or support scalable Marketing and RevOps, with expertise in technology systems, integrations, and adaptability to learning new toolsAdmin experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), marketing technology tools (e.g., Marketo, Chili Piper, Salesloft), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Problem-solving mindset and analytical approach with a focus on testing and learningManage data and reporting to deliver accurate insights for optimizing channels, campaigns, and funnels, along with, marketing attribution, and performance using tools like Looker and TableauStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teamsSuccessful in leading teams or initiatives, even informally, and achieving results in dynamic or evolving environmentsWHAT WE OFFERBase Salary ($140,000 - $155,000) New hire stock grant100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents401K plan with company contributionGenerous PTO and Parental Leave policiesInterview Accommodations
