Who are you?
The Content Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth through content creation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns for the organization.

What you get to do:
  • Write content for Pierce Washington including emails, social media posts, blogs, website content, etc.
  • Set up fully automated nurtures for lead development.
  • Optimize web forms and work flows for lead development.
  • Run Webinars from planning to execution.
  • Write and execute event specific email campaigns.
  • Assist Sales with outbounding and lead qualification.
  • Assist with Social Media execution and reporting including managing the social media calendar.
  • Assist with website maintenance and routine content updates.
  • Manage Paid Advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
What you bring to the role:
  • 2-4 years of content marketing experience
  • 2-4 years of demand generation marketing experience
  • Experienced writer and comfortable writing blogs, website content, social posts, etc.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Tool, preferably Pardot/Marketing Cloud
  • Experience managing a corporate social media account
  • Graphic Design experience a plus
  • Experience with Hootsuite and Canva a plus

  • Salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus structure
