We are looking for a Mobile Engineer with experience in Flutter and Android development to join one of our Platform team at OLX. Our goal is to develop cutting-edge technology solutions that empower EU Marketing and Product teams, enhancing market reach, customer acquisition, and long-term retention. This includes supporting CRM tool integrations across multiple applications. You will be part of a collaborative environment, engaging with other engineering communities to contribute to the development of impactful solutions and driving the Martech vision forward at OLX.

You will:Inspire creativity and contribute to the improvement of the mobile app development process,Develop modular and scalable solutions that enable other teams to deliver excellent work,Create modular and scalable code that allows easy integration with other systems and seamless collaboration with other teams,Improve the application's performance, usability, and security,Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the development process,Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and engineers from other teams to solve technical challenges,Provide training, help, and support to other team members,Participate in conferences, communities, and educational programs.About you:3+ years of experience developing with Flutter and hands-on experience with Android app development using Java/Kotlin,Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and integrating them into applications,Experience with software design, object orientation, architecture, and delivery patterns,You are comfortable with refactoring skills and techniques,An understanding of the mobile ecosystem, common libraries and languages,Experience with large-scale mobile applications,An understanding of the full mobile development life-cycle,Experience in testing automation (unit testing, end-to-end testing),Fluency in English,Familiarity with CI/CD processes in the mobile application context.Our Benefits:Base salary and an annual bonus: 15%,Tax deductible costs up to 80% of salary,Work with and influence all OLX websites around the world,Train and conference budget and free access to Udemy courses,A benefits package with 300 points on the Mybenefit platform per month, private medical care, Ask Henry services, and much more,100% remote work (and the possibility to work from our offices in Poznan and Warsaw).Why join OLX?
