We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager around the Greater Las Angeles, California area to manage and grow our client base within the assigned territory. Compensation Is Base Salary Plus Uncapped Commission.

Position Overview: 
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships across your assigned region. You will create effective sales strategies to meet goals and quotas while ensuring excellent client satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with both new and existing clients, offering technical support, and providing product knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory.
  • Regularly contact clients in person and over the phone to build strong, lasting relationships and share product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with regional sales representatives to participate in trade shows, dealer events, and national conferences.
  • Act as the liaison between the company and dealers/distributors, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage Travel & Expense (T&E) budgets and complete all reports accurately and on time.
  • Train and develop new team members, providing guidance on products and sales techniques.
  • Provide technical and product support to clients as needed.
  • Handle account setups and forecasts to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Represent the company in interactions with C-suite executives and other high-level contacts within client organizations.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the fastener/tool industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or relevant experience.
  • Must be able to travel 75% of the time, including overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Must be "on call" and available for client needs at any time.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
