We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and strategic Technical Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team. Our Software Implementation Project Coordinators lead Netwrix implementation projects for our Customers. They work closely with the project team, provide guidance along the way to ensure we deliver the expected value of Netwrix software, iteratively, over the lifespan of the project. This includes advising both our internal project team and our customer on implementation approach, strategy, integration, deployment, and adoption of standard methodologies to ensure our customer realizes long-term value from the implemented software. They build positive relationships, create robust project implementation strategies, and drive the engagement towards successful completion.

What You Will Do

 

The Project Coordinator’s responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with deployment engineers and customers on low touch, high coordination projects to understand their overall project needs and connect with the right delivery resources, while navigating through Agile Framework-aligned activities such as Backlog Creation/Grooming, Stand-ups/Scrums, Feature Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Drive and navigate these needs through various departments within Netwrix to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Help support the PMO and project management team with 
    • invoice requests including reconciliation, project audits, and time validation
    • standard project workspace setup based on project complexity
  • Help support the PMO and practice to establish, maintain, and continuously improve standard processes, templates, and KPI metrics with efforts governed according to appropriate change control and revision tracking procedures.
  • Help ensure projects meet budget, schedule, key milestones and deliverables
  • Help build workflows, notifications, and custom reminders for projects to ensure KPI metrics have the right level of visibility within the practice
  • Help create dashboards, reporting portals, and analytics for PMO and the practice

Required Experience

  • Experience as a customer-facing Project Coordinator, in a software vendor consulting services organization, with strong relevant technical experience in a related technological environment.
  • Customer-facing experience such as in a pre-sales or consultancy or similar.
  • Experience with reviewing and explaining statements of work and project charters.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile aligned methodologies and building and grooming project backlogs.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects concurrently with cross-team dependencies.
  • Have the ability to work directly with customers, resource managers, and Engineers to ensure expectations are managed against contract responsibilities.
  • Have experience working with professional services back-end administration and reporting.
  • Strong services-oriented administration background.

Required Skills

  • Passionate and excited about technology and delivering value to Customers!
  • Able to take a consultative approach and make sure scope and project boundaries are maintained.
  • Salesforce.com and Office apps - advanced skill level.
  • Kantata (Mavenlink) experience (preferred) 
  • Proficiency in the English language.

Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • PMP certification or PRINCE 2 Practitioner or similar (preferred)
  • Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification (preferred)
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification (preferred)
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred)
