Position Title: Full Stack Web Developer
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 70,000.00 – Php 90,000.00
Schedule: 9am – 6pm PH/ SG time

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to build scalable, high-performance web solutions that meet our business needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A FULL-STACK WEB DEVELOPER
Responsibilities as a Full Stack Web Developer:
• Design and implement user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Utilize frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to build dynamic web applications.
• Develop server-side applications and services using languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP. Ensure robust, secure, and scalable server-side logic.
• Design and manage databases using SQL or NoSQL technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Develop and maintain data models and ensure data integrity.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs into applications.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure seamless project execution. Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Propose new tools, technologies, and practices to improve development processes.
Qualifications as a Full Stack Web Developer:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python, Joomla HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Teamtailor is highly desirable
• Experience/ Exposure with AI/ Automation projects
• Experience/ Understanding and ability to write in YAMAL is great plus and advantage
• Experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, Java Spring).
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
