Job Description: (5-8)

To create and maintain Horizon reports utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. The reports will meet the unique needs of the real estate world, providing valuable insight for both Investors and Occupiers.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in writing SSRS reports with visual studio and be familiar with JIRA, Oracle and Azure DevOps. The candidate will work closely with product owners to gather requirements to understand the needs of users in order to deliver world class reporting.

Job Requirement:

Objectives of this role:

• Build and maintain Horizon SSRS Reports
• Document requirements and functionality of reports
• Working with product managers, owners and developers to ensure requirements are captured and reports delivered to meet the need of Horizon users.
• Managing priorities and liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Skills Required

• Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field
• Experience in writing SSRS reports using Visual Studio
• Experience in writing technical documentation
• Experienced with Oracle databases and SQL
• Attention to details
• Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
• Good commutator and collaborative team spirit
• Knowledge of GIT source control
