How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Regional Sales Manager’s mission is to increase customer’s sense of satisfaction and regional
annual sales contracts for Cryo or Lurgi technologies and, further, and, further, to support the
business development of Air Liquide-Large Industry to identify, develop, and secure projects.
● Organize, plan, manage and implement sales and marketing activities for third-party sale
(TPS)
● Fulfill customer’s requirements through adequate bidding and contract review and proper
negotiation
● Ensure the proper resource allocation
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
● In charge of all Third Party opportunities for E&C in the region
● working closely with
○ Main customers and Key Accounts (such as Aramco, Sabic), PMC’s, FEED and EPC
contractors
○ Technology partners (such as BASF, Siemens, KBR, ...)
○ and for energy transition related topic utility companies (such as ACWA)
● Covering all E&C technology portfolio: Cryogenics, Syngas, Hydrogen, Methanol, Ammonia,
CCU
● Being the key counterpart for all business development activities for Group investments in
the region for Over-The-Fence (OTF) gas supply offers.
● Close collaboration with all E&C centers as required e.g. France, Germany, Poland, India etc.
● Performing technical screening, develop solution comparison table with high level TCO in
the early engagement phase (until the project definition matures enough to onboard a full
scale E&C proposal team)
● Actively engaged on all energy transition topics in the GCC in particular for Key Accounts.
Main KPIs:
● Responsible for the Order-In-Take (OiT) target in the region.

Educational requirements
● Bachelor Degree (Chemical, Process, or related)
Experience & Knowledge
● Over 10 years experience in solution and proposal development, product or business
development
Management and Behavior Skills
● Proactive communicator with very good communication and social skills, able to present clearly
and confidently to internal and external stakeholders, a plus to be able to do so at public events
● Proven ability to negotiate and close profitable business deals and ability to develop long-term
trustful relationships with end customers
