Job description

Primarily responsible for directly solving product and some technical problems, externally for customers and channel partners. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for any technical issues or inquiries and will play a crucial role in maintaining our strong reputation for excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide escalated technical support for TruCode's suite of products, including researching and troubleshooting application problems, remotely accessing workstations to diagnose issues, and talking clients through a series of actions to help maintain, update, or resolve application issues.
  • Take ownership of issues and see problems through to resolution, ensuring that customers are kept up to date.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track support tickets.
  • Answer help desk calls on a rotating schedule.

Minimum Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • SQL database management
  • Electronic Health Record interface troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of API’s and Web Services is a plus
  • Windows

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 3 years technical and/or functional support of a software application.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a collaborative problem-solving environment
  • Willingness to learn and accept mentoring
  • AHIMA/AAPC credentialed (CCS, RHIA, RHIT) a plus
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
