Job Description
Key Duties
- Hunt for and develop new leads and prospects to generate new business and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Nurture and convert inbound leads to generate new business
- Create and price quotes for products and services
- Obtain feedback from customers and prospects and action where required
- Provide support in the creation of proposals and tenders by gathering requirements and information and producing reports
- Proactively build relationships with targeted set of accounts to generate additional business, maintaining regular communication and creating opportunities to up-sell
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Contribute to the creation and support the delivery of marketing activity and sales initiatives
- Utilize and maintain CRM
Skills & Abilities
- Outgoing communicator, with good written and verbal skills.
- Influential and persuasive, confident when dealing with people at all levels both internal and external to the organization
- Strong organizational skills and competent with Microsoft Office suite
- Driven to achieve results and able to work under own initiative.
- Innovative and a quick leaner, able to problem solve effectively
- Calm with ability to work under pressure.
- Commercially aware and able to calculate margins
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to travel approx. 5% of the time
- Valid and clean driving record
Experience:
- Selling electro-mechanical hardware or materials (B2B)
- ATM Industry (desirable).
- Proven success in an autonomous or remote role
