The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nurturing leads, in ABM campaigns, and a passion for driving results through collaboration. You will be responsible for working closely with your team members in marketing Operations as well as the RevOps and SDR teams to deliver impactful nurturing programs that drive the leads down the funnel and drive business growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute cold ABM outreach campaigns, including building prospect lists, creating HubSpot sequences, and aligning messaging across channels.
  • Develop and manage nurturing strategies for new and existing leads using email marketing, email sequences, retargeting ads, LinkedIn inmails, website retargeting, etc.
  • Convey the right message to the right person to make them move down the funnel
  • Optimize lead funnel progression with effective scoring, workflows, and innovative strategies to boost conversion rates.
  • Leverage intent data to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate on social media nurturing campaigns and manage outreach tools like Phantombuster.
  • Enable SDRs with the tools and strategies needed for effective LinkedIn outreach and nurturing.
  • Partner with RevOps and Field Marketing to support AEs in executing field campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation, or growth marketing, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM and marketing automation tools) for campaign management, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, including developing and executing cold outreach campaigns, email sequences, and multi-channel lead nurturing (LinkedIn, email, ads).
  • Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow automation to optimize the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with intent data tools (e.g., 6sense, Bombora) and other marketing technology to drive targeted outreach and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize outreach strategies and improve funnel progression.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, RevOps, Field Marketing) and enable SDRs for effective outreach.
